At the time of hearing,learned counsel on realising that the impugned order is revisable under Section 397 Cr.PC, prays for permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 11.08.2015.
