(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.121 dated 24.06.2015, registered at Police Station Nathusari Chopta, District Sirsa, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 148, 323, 458, 459, 506 and 149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Bhagat Singh, states that in compliance of the order dated 24.06.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 28.06.2016. The car which was used at the time of incident has since been recovered and at this stage, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. CRM-M-21748-2016 (O&M) -2In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 24.06.2016 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
