(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the lives and liberty as well as work of the petitioners at the hands of respondent No.4 and his accomplice. And further to take action on representation (P-3).
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District Mohali, is directed to look into representation dated 28.02.2019 (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.
