This petition has been filed seeking interim bail to the petitioner in FIR No.03 dated 04.01.2018, under Sections 363/366A/376D/506 IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Ding, Sirsa.

It is to be noted that the petitioner's application for bail pending trial i.e., CRM No.M-14771 of 2018 is listed before this Court on 09.07.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's wife has given Omkar Singh 2018.05.28 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

CRM No.M-21802 of 2018 -2birth to a child on 09.05.2018 and there is nobody in the family to look after his wife and the infant. It is in this situation that the present petition has been filed seeking interim bail till 09.07.2018.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Dilbag Singh, submits that the petitioner's mother, aged 60 years and his sister are very much present in the home, though it is fairly stated that the petitioner's sister is not in a fit state of mind to provide any care to his wife. Petitioner's mother is fit and able to look after the petitioner's wife and the infant. Keeping in view the aforementioned, I do not find any ground to afford interim bail to the petitioner till 09.07.2018. The petition is dismissed.

Needless to say, the same shall not have any bearing on the bail application of the petitioner listed for 09.07.2018. ( LISA GILL ) May 25 , 2018.
