Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting anything as regards merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No. 8, dated MOHAN SINGH 2021.04.09 10:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
