(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since there has been a substantial change in circumstances inasmuch as the parties have amicably resolved their issues and have been compromised the matter, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the trial Court for grant of regular bail on account of changed circumstances. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
