**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioners are seeking regular bail in FIR No. 18 dated 16.5.2016 registered at Police Station Lakhewali, District Sri Muktsar Sahib under Sections 354, 354-A, 354-D, 323, 34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners are in custody since 19.5.2016 and charge has not been framed yet. Counsel further urges that the incident was of 11.5.2016 but the FIR was lodged on 16.5.2016 and is a counter-blast to a case registered against the father of the complainant related to an incident which occurred on 12.5.2016. The investigation was over and the trial would take time. Counsel further urges that the MLR was got done after 10 days of the incident and the injuries are simple in nature.

Investigation is over. A case has been registered against the father of the complainant. The trial would take time.
