RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to handover investigation in case FIR No.168 dated 27.07.2017 registered under Sections 447, 427, 506, 511, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station City Kharar, SAS Nagar, to some independent agency.
Learned State counsel contends that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that all the petitioners have been arrested in the aforesaid FIR and final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has been filed in the Court.
