Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the parties submit that compromise has been arrived at between the parties. Learned State counsel submits that investigating officer shall complete the investigation within two weeks. In case factum of compromise is confirmed, cancellation report shall be submitted before the competent court.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary.
