In the present petition, the challenge is to the order dated 29.03.2022 (Annnexure P-16) vide which petitioner was directed by the respondents not to mark his presence after 31.03.2022 on the basis of allegations that his work has not been found satisfactory as per appraisal report of year 2021-22, which action of the respondents is totally arbitrary and illegal.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the impugned order dated 29.03.2022 (Annnexure P-16) has already been withdrawn by them keeping in view the facts mentioned in paragraph No. 9 of the reply.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the impugned order dated 29.03.2022 (Annexure P-16) has already been withdrawn by the respondents but the respondents are still threatening the petitioner for taking action against the petitioner so as to cause prejudice to him.

In case, any action is taken by the respondents which cause prejudice to the petitioner, the petitioner will be at liberty to avail RIYA 2024.05.16 10:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the facts and circumstances recorded herein above, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty as extended to the petitioner herein above.
