In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being a pure accidental death case, the fact that parties belong to the same very area and the offences for which the accused has been hauled up are not of serious nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute, in ironing out differences for betterment of the future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in %&'( !&()* + !,',- .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2 #3$ #2&4&('5$ 36 and %7.58&(1-2 !&()* '(1 ,*-29 + !,',- .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2 : #6$ #2&4&('5$ " the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.43 dated 01.05.2015 registered at Police Station Ramdass, District Amritsar under Sections 279/3048A IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed.
The petition stands allowed in those terms.
