(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to the trial Court to decide the question of summoning of accused/respondents No. 1 and 2 in Criminal Complaint No. 36 dated 08.04.2011 titled "Parminder Singh Shahi Vs. Jasmer Singh and others", expeditiously.

In deference to the order dated 01.07.2015, report from the trial Court has been received and as per the same, summoning order against Jasmer Singh under Section 382 IPC has been issued for 24.09.2015.

In view of the above, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.
