He has referred to the photographs at Annexure P-3. He further submits that he has sent representation to the respondents dated 30.01.2026 (Annexure P-2) but no action has been taken thereon. He has also relied on the judgment passed by this Court in CWP-4886-2003 titled as Court on its own motion Vs. State of Punjab and Another, decided on 04.10.2008.
