(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.61 dated 20.05.2016 under Sections 376/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 15.3.2019 of this Court, the petitioner has surrendered before the concerned Principal Juvenile Justice Board and he has been admitted on bail.

If that being so, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 15.03.2019 is made absolute.
