The representations made to the police (Annexures P-5 & P-6) were made by Baba Dilbagh Singh son of Dara Singh seeking protection of his life and liberty. There is no representation made by petitioner to the police.

Keeping in view the above facts, this petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran with representation, if he apprehends any threat to his life and liberty. On filing of such representation necessary required legal action will be taken by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran.
