The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of order dated 01.06.2002 whereby their earlier posting was cancelled and they were posted at far away places. 2.
On 03.07.2002, notice of motion was issued, however, stay was declined. It is a matter of posting at one District vis-à-vis another District. 3.
With the efflux of time, the claim of the petitioner has become insignificant.

In view of above, the present petition stands disposed of. 5.
