******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.283 dated 18.11.2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 504/506 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Sector 14, Panchkula.

Heard.

Learned counsel for parties submits that the matter has since been amicably settled between the parties before the Mediator of this Court vide compromise dated 06.08.2018. The compromise has been signed by both the parties. The same is taken on record as Annexure 'C-1', Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has already joined the investigation.

Keeping in view the fact that the matter has been settled JITENDER KUMAR 2018.10.15 16:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh between the parties and the petitioner has already joined the investigation

CRM-M-21861 of 2018 -2but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 24.05.2018 is made absolute on furnishing bail bond and surety bond to the satisfaction of investigating officer by the petitioner , till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

(iv) that the petitioner will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
