This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case in which petitioner has been summoned to face trial Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 IPC vide order dated 03.11.2014 passed by Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karnal. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that pursuant to order dated 09.02.2015, petitioner surrendered before the trial court and furnished bail bonds to its satisfaction. He seeks to place on record a certified copy of the order passed on 18.02.2015. Same is taken on record as mark 'A'. Learned State counsel is not in a position to dispute the aforesaid factual submission.

In view of the above, order dated 09.02.2015 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
