Vide order dated 18.05.2000, the petition was admitted and directed to be heard alongwith CWP No. 3219 of 1999. CWP No. 3219 of 1999 has been dismissed as infructuous vide order dated 27.03.2001. It is pertinent to note that in an identical writ petition based on same set of facts, being CWP No. 3220 of 1999, has also been dismissed as infructuous, vide order dated 20.12.2000. In view of above, this petition is also rendered infructuous and accordingly stands disposed of in terms of decision dated 20.12.2000, rendered in CWP No. 3220 of 1999.
