The present petition has been filed seeking directions to the trial Court concerned to conclude the trail within a stipulated period in case bearing FIR No.198 dated 02.08.2017 registered under Sections 323, 324, 506, 34 IPC, 1860 and Section 201 IPC, 1860 added later on, registered at Police Station Division No.7, Police District Ludhiana, District Ludhiana. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
