(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 141, dated 28.10.2013, registered at Police Station City Rupnagar, Distt. Rupnagar, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 376/506 IPC and Section 4 of POSCO Act.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Head Constable Jaswinder Singh submits that all the 15 prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the next date before the trial Court is 02.02.2015.

Since the trial is at the fag end, no ground is made out for grant of regular bail to the petitioner. The petition is dismissed accordingly.
