(Oral) As per the status report received from the trial Court dated 19.10.2022, after completion of prosecution evidence and recording of statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. the case was adjourned to 27.10.2022 for defence evidence if any otherwise for arguments. The State counsel on instructions from ASI Mehar Singh apprised the Court that the petitioner stands convicted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 22.11.2022.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition be disposed of in the light of statement made by State counsel. Ordered accordingly.
