(ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order and judgment dated 11.11.2010, rendered by this Court in the case of State of Haryana v. Ram Partap and others [RFA No. 780 of 2002 (O&M)], vide which in the appeals arising out of the same acquisition this Court had enhanced the compensation to Rs. 1,50,000/- per acre, therefore, this appeal too shall have to be disposed of in terms of the said decision.
