Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, the matter stands compromised and complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 03.12.2019 passed by Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khadur Sahib, District Tarn Taran, which reads as under:- "The complainant has suffered a separate statement that she has received the amount which was fixed in the agreement on behalf of accused Jarnail Singh. She also agreed to withdraw the present complaint and in future neither she nor her legal heir will file any other case in connection with present case. In view of the statement suffered by the complainant the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room." 2.

In view of above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
