(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 176 dated 19.08.2022 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 3 and 4 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 at Police Station City Sunam, District Sangrur and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, including the order dated 10.01.2024 (Anexure P-4).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the other alternative remedies, in accordance with law. Permitted to do so.
