SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No.4 to 6, parents and brother of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 26.06.2015 (Annexure P-5) made by petitioner No.1. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Neelima Joshi is 01.07.1992 as per her affidavit (Annexure P-1) and year of birth of petitioner No.2-Jaswinder Singh is 1989 as per copy of Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-2). They allegedly got married on 26.06.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-4.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to SACHIN MEHTA 2015.07.03 12:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-20909-2015 -2respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Mohali to look into the representation dated 26.06.2015 (Annexure P-5) and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of certified copy of this order along with representation in his office.
