The present petition has been filed for directing the official respondents to conduct the fair and impartial investigation in the case FIR No.007 dated 29.01.2021 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 307, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad.
