(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing/setting-aside the order and chargesheet dated 24.03.2021 (Annexure P-10) whereby identical charge-sheet in respect of dual entry of embezzlement committed by the then Manager-cum-Cashier has already been inquired and services of the above Manager-cum-Cashier was terminated and the petitioner was awarded punishment of stoppage of one increment without cumulative effect vide order dated 23.12.2019 (Annexure P-5). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the chargesheet dated 24.03.2021 (Annexure P-10) has been withdrawn, therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. Disposed of as having become infructuous.
