(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to ensure that no more enquiries are held in case FIR No.113 dated 30.04.2015 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar City.

Learned State counsel submits that in the aforesaid FIR lodged by the petitioner, cancellation report was prepared, but the same could not be filed in the Court on account of stay by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the concerned Court.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
