SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 and 5, parents of petitioner No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 28.06.2015 (Annexure P/5) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Rukhsana is 01.01.1991as per copy of Aadhaar Card (Annexure P/1) and the age of petitioner No.2-Latif is 21 years as per his affidavit (Annexure P/2). They allegedly got married (performed Nikah) on 27.06.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P/3. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to SACHIN MEHTA 2015.07.03 15:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
