(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 317 dated 01.08.2016, under Sections 363, 366-A, 376, 120-B IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Hansi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted by learned Addl. Sessionis Judge, Hisar by order dated 16.01.2018. Mr. P.P. Chahar, learned DAG, Haryana, on instructions from ASI Surjeet Singh, affirms the factum of acquittal of the petitioner in the aforesaid FIR.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
