The present revision petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the impugned order dated 28.02.2024 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Rent Controller, Sohna whereby the defense of the petitioner was struck off due to non-filing of the written statement.

As per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Gurugram, during interregnum, the main petition before the Rent Controller concerned itself stands decreed with costs vide order dated 18.09.2024. In view thereof, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
