This petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed for directing the Additional Sessions Judge, Gurgaon (now Gurugram) for expeditious trial of Criminal Case No. SC/36/2016, arising out of FIR No. 214, dated 4th July, 2015, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC and Section 3 of the Haryana Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, registered at Police Station DLF, Phase-I, District Gurgaon.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Trial Court for making a request for expeditious disposal.
