NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, namely, Kiranjit Kaur, wife of Jaswinder Singh, and Aditi, wife of Narinder Singh, who have been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 323, 326 and 506 read with Section 34, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 90, dated 1.6.2015, registered at Police Station, Sadar, Ambala. Learned counsel contends that in compliance of the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 2.7.2015, the petitioners did join the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required.

CRM-M-20973-2015 Learned counsel for the State on instructions from HC Gurdev Singh of Police Station, Sadar, Ambala, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation. However, he submits that the weapon of offence could not be recovered from Kiranjit Kaur (petitioner No. 1).

In view of totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is allowed. The interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 2.7.2015 are made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
