Mr. Gagan Bajaj, Advocate for respondent No.2. **** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for setting aside the order dated 07.01.2020 passed by the trial Court vide which the petitioner was summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. in FIR No.161 dated 08.09.2018 under Section 309 IPC registered at Police Station Chamkaur Sahib, District Ropar including the order dated 11.02.2020 passed by the trial Court vide which charge under Section 306 IPC has been framed against the petitioner.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case Allowed as prayed for.
