Mr. Atul Goyal, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent. On 17.03.2023 the following order was passed : "Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset states that he does not wish to press the present revision petition on merits. However, he prays that some time may be granted to him to vacate the premises as the tenant-petitioner is 70 years old and staying with his wife in the tenanted premises.

Notice of motion to the above limited extent only, returnable 27.03.2023.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, states that the petitioner may be granted three months' time to hand over peaceful vacant possession of the tenanted premises subject to him depositing rent/mesne profits for the use and occupation of the premises at the rate of Rs.1,500/- per month by the seventh of every month. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner would pay the rent/mesne profits for use and occupation @ Rs.1,500/- by the seventh of every month and further that he would hand over peaceful vacant possession by 30.06.2023.

In view of the statements made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present revision petition is disposed off as not pressed on merits. The petitioner shall hand over peaceful vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent by 30.06.2023. Meanwhile, an amount of Rs.1,500/- per month as rent/mesne profits towards use and occupation of the premises shall be paid by the petitioner to the respondent by the seventh of every month.

The revision petition stands disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
