The present is a fully burnt case. As per the office report, despite best efforts, records of the present appeal could not be reconstructed. A perusal of the papers reveals that except the copy of the award dated 25.03.1995, there is nothing on record to discern the particulars of the parties of the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
