*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer for transferring the investigation in case FIR No.134 dated 20.12.2021 (Annexure P-1) under Section 21(b) of NDPS Act, 1985, Police Station Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harpal Singh states that the investigation in the subject FIR is already complete and final report stands submitted on 15.06.2022 and the petitioner is not an accused in the subject FIR.

When confronted with the maintainability of the petition, as the petitioner is stranger to the FIR being wife of the accused, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
