RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to arrest respondent No.4 - Gurpreet Singh in case FIR No.01 dated 08.01.2016 registered under Section 409 IPC at Police Station NRI Amritsar, District Amritsar City.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mahavir Singh, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that respondent No.4 was declared proclaimed offender on 21.04.2018. Thereafter, he surrendered on 25.05.2018 and was granted bail on 28.06.2018. Now final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. is going to be filed against him shortly.

Dismissed as having become infructuous.
