(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 494 of 31.12.2016 under Section 306/498/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Jind, District Jind. Learned State counsel on instruction has informed the Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 17.03.2017 and challan has also been presented in this case.
