RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) On the previous date i.e. 09.10.2015, notices were ordered to be issued to the appellants as well as to their counsel Mr. Anil Malhotra, Advocate. However, as per office report, the name of Mr. Anil Malhotra, Advocate was not found in the Bar Room Directory. It is further reported that notices issued to the appellants have not been received back either served or otherwise.
Despite best efforts, presence of the appellants or their counsel could not be procured. Hence, finding no other option, the instant appeal is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
