(Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Harvail Singh, submits that after the cancellation report was filed and subsequent to orders dated 20.12.2014 whereby the matter is sent for re-investigation by the court concerned, an inquiry is being conducted and undertakes that till the inquiry is finalized, the police shall not arrest the petitioner. In case the petitioner is required in this case, seven days written notice will be given to the petitioner to enable him to avail his legal recourse.
