Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Hardev Singh, Police Station, Women Cell, Jalandhar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. He further submits that during investigation, it has come on record that the informant/wife had taken away the maximum dowry articles which were in possession of the husband. He further concedes that the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet (report under Section 173, Cr.P.C.) is pending with the Investigating Agency only on the ground that this petition has not been decided.

Criminal Misc.No.M-21067 of 2014 (O&M) [2] The interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 24.06.2014 are made absolute.
The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by all the terms and conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C. CRM26126-27-2014 In view of the final disposal of the main case i.e CRM-M21067 of 2014, the present the present Criminal Misc. Applications stand disposed of.
