# Allegations against the petitioner Daljit Singh @ Sanni in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.67 dated 18.04.2015 registered at Police Station Guruhar Sahai, District Ferozepur under Sections 382, 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, are that on 18.04.2015 he along with his co:accused, who all remained unidentified at the time of occurrence, waylaid the complainant Ashok Kumar Vohra and snatched his purse containing

 The contentions of learned counsel representing the petitioner Mr. Gurpal Singh, Advocate that similarly placed co:accused Ashok Kumar has been allowed regular bail by this Court through orders dated 08.06.2015 and that the case of the petitioner is not distinguishable from that of his co:accused, could not be controverted on behalf of the State.

In view of the principle of parity, the petitioner is also entitled to the same relief. Accordingly, he is ordered to be released on regular bail to the satisfaction of trial Court. The present petition stands disposed off accordingly. "
