H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Petitioner is aggrieved by the summoning order dated 4.3.2017, passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Panipat, in complaint filed by respondent Deepak Goel, against him. It is contended that on the similar facts, a complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act has been filed by Deepak Goel against the present petitioner and the other criminal complaint is nothing but abuse of process of law to be used as a pressure tactics.

The petitioner is relegated to his remedy to move an application before the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Panipat, seeking discharge and for dismissal of the complaint, narrating all the facts.
