(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the trial Court to dispose of Session case No. SC-119-2014 (CNR No.PBJL01/005086/20140 titled as "State v. Kuljeet Kumar and others" in case FIR No.90 dated 11.10.2013 under Sections 452, 324, 323, 506, 148, 149, 326 and 307 IPC pertaining to Police Station Lambra, District Jalandhar City, in accordance with the provisions of Section 309 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that trial is intentionally being delayed at the behest of private respondents-accused by moving successive frivolous applications. The case is at the stage of defence evidence since last six months.
