(Oral) The petitioners seek grant of the anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing FIR No.194 dated 14.12.2021 under Sections 307, 452, 506, 427, 148 and 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered with Police Station Kot Ise Khan, District Moga. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated April 05, 2022, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
The learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated April 05, 2022, and is not required for custodial interrogation. Even otherwise, a compromise has been effected between the parties.
In this view of the matter, interim order dated April 05, 2022 is made absolute.
However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands disposed of.
