(oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructusous as a separate petition filed by the petitioner for quashing of the same FIR which is subject matter of this case, has been allowed by this Court vide order dated 18.11.2023 and the said FIR has been quashed on the basis of compromise.

In view of above submission, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
