(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 69, dated 05.02.2020, under Sections 323, 342, 376, 406, 498-A, 506, 511 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City Jind.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 27th May, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Anita Kumari, states that the petitioner has since joined investigation and recovery of gold articles has been effected from him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the differences between the complainant-wife and her husband, who too is an accused in the FIR in question have been ironed out and the complainant has returned to her matrimonial home, where she is now living happily with her husband.
