**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 42 dated 10.6.2016, registered under Sections 323, 325, 406, 498-A, 506, 354-C IPC, registered at Women Police Station Yamuna Nagar.
Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 13.7.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
MLR report filed by the complainant was seen. It does not refer to any history of assault by the husband. The petitioner has already joined the investigation.
